All guests checking in must report to reception.
ARRIVALS AND DEPARTURES
Guests can check in after 3pm and any guests arriving after 9pm should contact the hotel. Check out is by 11am unless by prior arrangements.
Dogs must always be kept on a lead and not allowed into public rooms.
Please check our booking page for payment details, also we strongly recommend that you take out your own holiday cancellation insurance. Bookings if not pre-paid are to be settled on departure. The hotel reserves the right to terminate or deny access to the stay of guests whose behaviour is deemed unsuitable.
No refunds will be offered.
Limitation of our liability
from our negligence, or our fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot
be excluded or limited by English law.
To the extent permitted by law, we exclude all conditions and warranties, representations or other terms which may apply to our site or any content on it, whether express or implied.
We will not be liable to any user for any loss or damage, whether in contract, tort (including
negligence), breach of statutory duty, or otherwise, even if foreseeable, damage, loss, theft, injury or any damage suffered whilst on the property.
Loss or theft due to online fraud outside of our control.
Failure of the property to meet all legislative requirements, (since this is the responsibility of the property owners).
Use of or reliance on any content displayed on our site.
For any temporary defect or stoppage in the supply of Electricity, Gas, Oil, Water or Broadband.
For any death or injury to the client or people or animals under his or her responsibility.
For any loss or theft of property belonging to the client or other people under his or her responsibility.
For any loss, damage or injury which is a result of adverse weather conditions, riot, war, strikes, disease or other matters beyond the control of the owner, or for any loss, damage or inconvenience caused to or suffered by the client.
Business users, please note that, we will not be liable for, loss of profits, sales, business, or revenue, business interruption, loss of anticipated savings, loss of business opportunity, goodwill or reputation, or any indirect or consequential loss or damage.
CHANGES TO OUR WEBSITE
We may update our site from time to time and may change the content at any time. However, please note that any of the content on our site may be out of date at any given time, and we are under no obligation to update it. We do not guarantee that our site, or any content on it, will be free from errors or omissions. Although we make reasonable efforts to update the information on our site, we make no representations, warranties or guarantees, whether express or implied that the content on our site is accurate, complete or up to date.
In request of a cancellation the hotel will need to be notified.
